My Story
I'm based in Santa Rosa, Laguna — right in the heart of the area I serve. I drive these roads weekly, visit properties from Nuvali subdivisions to Alfonso farm lots to Nasugbu beach homes, and have built relationships with HOA officers, developers, and fellow brokers across the region.
Before becoming a broker, I spent years working abroad as an OFW. When I returned to the Philippines, I went through the property buying process myself — and I remember how overwhelming it was. Too much conflicting information, too many hidden costs, and not enough honest answers.
That experience shaped how I work today. I believe in transparency: showing you the real pros and cons of each property, explaining every cost upfront, and never pressuring you into a decision. Your timeline is your timeline.

I negotiate on your behalf, coordinate with lawyers and notaries, and guide you through the entire process until you get your title.

I'll tell you what I'd buy and what I'd avoid. If a property isn't right for you, I'll say so — even if it means losing a sale.
What I Don't Do
Setting clear expectations upfront:
- Pressure you to buy. This is probably the biggest purchase you'll make. Take your time.
- Hide problems. Every property has downsides. I'll tell you what they are.
- Handle construction/renovation. I help you buy property, not build on it.
- Work outside South Luzon. I specialize in Laguna, Cavite, and Batangas only.
